Book of World Records (Ukraine-based registry)

The Book of World Records is a private registry based in Kyiv that certifies national and international achievements. CEO Hanna Krysiuk leads the organization. The registry documents records in categories such as art, culture, sports, education, and mass events. It operates separately from Guinness World Records.
The organization certifies embroidered rushnyk projects across Europe. It issued the certificate for the Tallinn 2026 record and registered previous rushnyk achievements in Irpin, Budapest, and Chernihiv. On August 24, 2026, the registry verified the largest "Towel of Indestructibility" in Münster, Germany.
The registry maintains an international presence. Vladislav Kondrich heads its representative office in China. Stella Kurhaieva presented copies of the Book of World Records to the National Library of the Dominican Republic. The organization regularly registers new Ukrainian records, including recent military sports achievements and inclusive esports events.
