Who stands behind the project
An independent check found no single rights-holding legal entity: the project is co-organized, and the chain of title is still being established. UAFest organizes and produces the North American premiere. Our memorandum with the project says exactly that, and anyone citing us should say it too.
- Association of Ukrainian Organizations in Estonia
- Co-organizer · the project's strongest institutional partyEstonian reg. code 80127690, Tallinn
- Andrii Yatsenko
- Project author and director — named on the record certificate
- Viktoriia Bebko
- Project curator — countersigns the participation certificates
- NGO “Shchaslyva Natsiia” (Kherson), Tallinn Bible Church, Kirovohrad Regional Taxpayers Organization
- Co-organizers of the original 2013–14 rushnyk
- Ukrainian Community of Lanark County (UAFest)
- Organizer and producer of the North American premiereOntario Corporation 1000983432, Carleton Place
What we will happily tell you we do not know
- Which single organization or person holds the rights to the project. This is being established; UAFest holds no exclusive representation for the Americas.
- The exact list of countries. We print 14 in Europe, with Canada as the 15th; the certificate counts organizations and panels and names no country count, and the list is being reconciled with the project's author.
- The route beyond the confirmed stops. Cities across Canada, the United States and Latin America are named in the team's working plan, and none of them is agreed.
- Whether a Guinness World Records attempt will be filed, when, and in which category.
