SUPPORT UAFEST

Your donation goes to children healing from war

UAFest is 100% volunteer-run. Every year, we put the festival's reach behind a cause that matters — right now, that's healing for Ukrainian children affected by war.

Every way to give

Send it straight to the festival

One set of methods, two destinations. Say what the gift is for, choose an amount, then the way to send it.

What this gift is for

The 2026 charity campaign. Gifts marked for the foundation are transferred to it, and the transfer is published after the season — the way the $9,395 cheque to Save Ukraine was in 2024.

Amount
  • By card

Stripe Checkout opens in a new step. The festival never sees your card details.

Stripe keeps its processing fee, so a charity gift reaches the foundation minus that fee.

  • Interac e-Transfer

    uclc.ngo@gmail.com

Payable to Ukrainian Community of Lanark County. Every dollar arrives — no processing fee on this one.

Put your name and the word “Kids of Ukraine” in the message.

  • Cheque or another way

    Ukrainian Community of Lanark County

Make the cheque payable to the name above and write the same word on the memo line. Ask us for the mailing address. A company matching the gift, a dedication, a transfer of your own: somebody arranges those with you.

Every gift is written down

Each gift goes into the festival's register the day it lands, under the destination you chose here. Tell us an e-Transfer or a cheque is on the way and the confirmation comes back by email.

Kids of Ukraine

Four psychosocial centres — Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr — where children who came out of the war get their childhood back.

What the money does

  • Evacuation out of conflict zones and into safety
  • Trauma-informed counselling and mental-health support
  • Play-based and creative programs that rebuild trust

Giving to the foundation directly, with no festival in between, works too:

Help Ukrainian children heal — support Kids of Ukraine

War takes more than homes and safety — it steals childhood. This year, UAFest is raising funds for Kids of Ukraine, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring the mental and emotional well-being of children affected by war — continuing the charity partnership that reached more than 4,000 festival visitors in 2025.

A gift marked for the campaign is transferred to Kids of Ukraine, and the transfer is published after the season. Every dollar goes toward programs that help a child laugh, play and believe in a peaceful future again.
