In 2026 the vendor tents lined the market walkway through Riverside Park. On the way between the stage, the food area and the kids' zone, every visitor passed the tables, most of them more than once in the day.

Three parts of the day, twelve kinds of table

At UAFest the market row sits between the stage, the food area and the kids' zone, so every visitor walks it more than once. Find where your table belongs.

Insurance

Every table on site carries its own certificate

Every vendor on site carries a $5,000,000 liability certificate — food, craft and retail alike. In 2026 it named the Town of Carleton Place and Ukrainian Community of Lanark County as additional insureds, and the Town's insurer reviewed each one before a table could open.

  • Craft, retail and community tables

Your own $5,000,000 certificate with the additional insureds named — from about $29 for the day through VendorPolicy, or through your own broker.

  • Food and beverage booths

The same $5,000,000 certificate, and the health unit's requirements for preparing food on site on top of it.

The additional insureds and the event listing for 2027 go to vendors together with the vendor call.

Vendor FAQ

The team sends the fee for your type of booth with the 2027 vendor call, with the terms in writing. Joining the waiting list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Nothing is charged before you agree to it.

Yes — every vendor, whatever you sell. At UAFest 2026 the Town of Carleton Place asked for a $5 million liability certificate naming the Town and Ukrainian Community of Lanark County as additional insureds, held through setup, the festival day and teardown, and the Town's insurer reviewed every certificate. The additional insureds for 2027 are sent with the vendor call. Wait until your table is accepted, then arrange cover: VendorPolicy sells short-term online coverage from about $29, or use suitable business coverage you already carry.

Vendors bring their own tent, table and signage. Tell us your setup in the note on the form, and the team matches your space to your vendor type once the 2027 venue is set.

The date and the venue are being settled now. The waiting list hears them first, before the public announcement.

Power access was limited in 2026. Mention your needs in the note, and the team confirms what the 2027 site offers.

Yes — returning vendors get priority booking ahead of the general vendor call. Join the waiting list so the call reaches you.
