DM Auto Ottawa

About the business

DM Auto — trading as DMAuto Sales — is a used-car dealership on Leitrim Road in Ottawa.

Its own About page describes it as a local used car dealership based in Ottawa, Ontario, with over 10 years of experience in car sales and servicing; the home page adds that it serves the Ottawa–Gatineau area.

Stock is browsed on the dealership's own site and sorted by body style: sedan, coupe, hatchback, SUV, minivan and van, truck and commercial. Test drives and service appointments are booked through the same site, and a payment calculator sits under the Financing menu.

Financing is the part DM Auto puts first. The home page offers competitive rates and flexible payment terms “regardless of your credit score”, the About page states that DM Auto guarantees financing for all, and a credit application form on the site is answered by one of their representatives.

They buy cars as well as sell them. A trade-in appraisal form has been on the site since 2021, and in June 2025 the dealership added a Sell Your Car page: fill in the details, get an offer in under 48 hours, have it confirmed online or by phone, drop the car off and get paid on the spot, with any outstanding loan on the vehicle paid off.

The reviews DM Auto publishes on its own site are mostly about Eugene. Customers write about cars brought to their door for a viewing and delivered again after the sale, paperwork done with the Ministry of Transportation, and a Quebec buyer met in Gatineau so the registry transfer and Quebec safety could be handled for her. One buyer notes she was able to go through the entire purchase in Ukrainian. DM Auto appears in the business directory of the Ukrainian Canadian Professional and Business Association of Ottawa, and it took a stall in the market at UAFest in 2024.
